Top 1 Percent Coaching &
Training – Free and Paid Training
The secrets to catapulting yourself to the top 1% in life, is actually simple. I’m talking the top 1% in the following areas:
We’re the go-to guys when contractors, public adjusters or plaintiff attorneys have a client that has a dispute with their insurance claims department regarding damages, line items or the amount of their claim, whether they’re being low-balled, or their carrier is simply refusing to account for all the legitimate damages.
However, the threshold varies significantly among states. In Connecticut, for example, you need an annual income of $700,800 to be in the 1 percent. In New Mexico, you only need $255,429. Keep in mind that these numbers just represent the threshold — the average income of the top 1 percent nationwide is $1.32 million. The bottom 99 percent, on the other hand, earn an average of $50,107 a year.
Texans annual income (for example) required to just make it into the top 1 percent: $440,758. Average annual income of the top 1 percent: $1.34 million. That’s more than seven times the median household income that year of $54,000. The 0.1 percent, 160,000 families, in 2014 made at least $1.5 million a year. The top 0.01 percent, 16,000 families, had annual income of $7 million.
The average company in the top 1 percent of income has $7 million in sales and 57 employees, according to the research. “If that firm has, say, a 10 percent profit margin to split between two owners, it’s enough to put someone in the top 1 percent category,” To reach the top 0.1 percent of income, the average company has $30 million in sales and 150 employees.
